Hours of fun in the Gaga Pit where we get to work on our agility and hand-eye coordination skills. It never hurts knocking out a really good player either.
You never know what our fantastic event staff will dream up next that will make coming to GWH a memory that will last a lifetime.
Our Bible teachers are very creative in coming up with ways to make the Bible stories come “Alive” for our campers. You never know what Bible character might show up!
Here are some photos for you to enjoy as we look forward to new memories!
The state currently will not allow over-night camps to operate, so we have had to make some changes to our program. We are in the process of updating our system for Virtual program registrations. Registration links will be updated in the very near future.
Events that will provide a virtual option are as follows:
Virtual Summit Week
July Virtual Bible Conference
UNSTOPPABLE 2020 – Virtual Girls Program
UNSTOPPABLE 2020 – Virtual Boys Program
We are confident that our camp and conference staff will provide you with an exceptional experience utilizing virtual platforms. Please continue to monitor our site for information regarding these events.
GWH continues to plan and work towards providing exceptional virtual opportunities for our conferences and camps!
The Board will continue to monitor the directives of the Governor of Pennsylvania and the National Government as they seek to make decisions on the remainder of our schedule beyond the end of July. Please check back often to see any changes to our schedule and or check our social media outlets for information (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
For those who have registered for on-site programs which have been changed to virtual programming, you will be contacted soon with the options regarding how you would like to proceed with your current registration.
In an effort to provide you with the latest most up-to-date information, our Communications Team is requesting that you provide us with a primary email address which you would be willing to receive communications from GWH. Our objective is to greatly reduce if not eliminate the use of postage mail. Doing so will reduce our operating expenses and aid in controlling our debt. Please click on the link below to provide your email. We are asking that even if you have provided an email in the past, that you do so again to make sure that we have accurate records as we work towards a paperless system. Thank you for helping us!
This is especially important as we navigate the current times with closures due to Covid-19!
In our first ever Chatterbox Chat, Bruce Hulshizer mentioned the opportunity to share ideas and or a blessing that you received from participating in an event at GWH. Below are two links to provide you with the opportunity to submit those ideas. Please feel free to utilize these links or send an email to David Stewart at GWHGeneralManager@gmail.com.
GWH is committed to opening the grounds for summer programming provided we can do so safely and there are no governmental restrictions prohibiting it due to the COVID-19 virus. In order to do so, we will need volunteers to help run our programs. Volunteers to serve the Lord as summer staff members, counselors, JSITS and JCITS. We pray that some will be in prayer about how they can serve our God in this little part of His vineyard. We pray that souls might be saved and others will grow in their faith and closeness to the Lord Jesus Christ by hearing the word of God at GWH this summer. Will you serve with us?
If you feel the Lord has asked you to volunteer to serve on the 2020 Summer Staff please click this link and complete the 2020 Summer Staff Application.
For those who feel led to serve as a counselor, JCIT or JSIT, please click the appropriate link and complete the proper application.
Each of these applications will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and you will need to provide names and emails for two references (preferably the elders at your assembly or church). Please have all of that information ready when you complete your application.
We are extremely thankful for the efforts of our speakers, staff and retreat staff who made the weekends of Winter Congress and January Jubilee such a fantastic way to begin the 2018 Retreat/Conference/Camp Season! The Lord blessed in the ministry and fellowship!
Men and young men are invited to the Shepherding Conference, September 21-23. Be encouraged, instructed and challenged.
