Start your summer with the Memorial Day Conference at Greenwood! This long weekend is a fantastic time of fellowship, beneficial Bible teaching and a missions minded focus. Enjoy fellowship with other believers and get an opportunity to meet missionaries from all over the world. The conference offers Bible teaching sessions for children and adults as well as activities around the grounds of GWH.

Guests will be able to check in starting at 6:00 pm on Friday, 5/28, in the lobby of the Inn. The Memorial Day Conference will kick off on Friday night with a ministry meeting at 8:00 pm, followed by evening activities and snacks in the Chatterbox. It will continue through Saturday and Sunday, with two ministry meetings and a Q&A session with missionaries on each day, as well as plenty of free time and activities around the grounds. The conference will conclude after brunch on Monday, 5/31.
While the adults meet in the Tabernacle for teaching meetings, the children will meet in the game room.
Friday: 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am and 7:15 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am and 7:15 pm (we will also gather for the Lord’s Supper at 9:30 am)
Monday: 8:30 am
Missionary Q&A Sessions
Saturday and Sunday: 4:00 pm
There will be structured activities throughout the rest of the day, as well as free time when guests can enjoy the grounds at Greenwood.
Our Health and Safety Committee is committed to providing all guests with an experience that prioritizes Christ’s preeminence with solid biblical teaching while promoting a healthy and enjoyable environment.
We will communicate health policies and protocols at the beginning of each event and appreciate your understanding as guidelines are subject to change throughout the summer.
Registration is now open for the Memorial Day Conference. When you open the registration page, note that there are several options for attending the conference. You may choose among several choices for accommodations, or register as a commuter (free with individual meals available for purchase). There is also an option to sign up for a virtual event for free; the messages and some portions of the conference activities may be available online for remote guests. More details will be available closer to the conference dates.
