All conference rates include a $100 per room nonrefundable deposit (deposit not to exceed actual costs). Rates for Deluxe, Standard, and Economy rooms are per person and include 3 meals for each day. Rental rates are per site and do not include meals.


Discounts: 10% will be deducted for those attending a Conference for the first time. Children 4 years and younger are FREE when in same room as their parents. (Children 5-11 are free excluding Retreat Center & Motel).
