GWH Giving Options

Every year, GWH has many volunteers staff our camps and retreats. All of our volunteers are carefully screened to ensure the safety of our guests and the quality of our programs.
In an effort to make GWH programs affordable and available to everyone, registration fees cover only about 50% of the cost of operations. The balance is funded by the voluntary donations of individuals, assemblies, and churches. Here are some specific ways you can be financially involved in this life-changing ministry:

Amazon Wish List

Click here to access the GWH Amazon Wish List
The staff at Greenwood Hills recognizes that there are people who would like to help support the ministry of Greenwood Hills, but are unsure how to do so. To help in this area we have created a “Wish List” on This list contains both items which we go through on a regular basis, and Items which would be a help in the ministry here. The costs for each of the items are not great, but can quickly add up for us.
If you have a desire to help, please consider looking over the list, and helping out by purchasing one or more of these items for Greenwood Hills. Be sure to check back from time to time, as we will be updating the list as needs become known.
1) You can have items shipped directly to Greenwood Hills.
2) If you shop using  Amazon Smile program (, and have selected Greenwood Hills, Amazon donates a small percentage of all qualifying sales to Greenwood Hills
3) Material donations are tax deductible.

One-Time Gift

An individual, assembly or church can provide a gift of funds for any of the following; Any area of need – General Operations, Campership Funds, Summer Staff Funds, or Building for Future Generations

Monthly Gift

GWH will set up a monthly gift/donation to assist in providing funds for bills specifically during times of the year where there is low income due to lack of programming or rentals. Monthly gifts will most likely be utilized for camp general operations.

Campership Funds Gift

GWH would like to set up an opportunity for ALL young people to come to camp, hear the Word of God, the Good News of salvation, and experience Christian fellowship of being surrounded by like-minded believers. The registration fee for a child to come to camp weekly is $275.00-$290.00 and $460.00 for two weeks of camp. Potential campers can apply for campership funds, the General Manager will review the applications, and determine the amount of funds available for children to receive campership funds.

Summer Staff Funds Gift

GWH runs a summer volunteer staff program for 9 weeks of each summer. The cost to provide weekly ministry checks to the summer staff is from $35.00-$85.00 depending on the staffers years of service to GWH. Providing contributions to this fund will enable GWH to allow more young people to participate in the Summer Staff Program. We also like to provide the summer staff with an off-campus activity which is typically privately funded. These off-campus activities can be between $50-$75 per staff member. Donations for this off-campus day between Girls Camp and July Family conference would be greatly appreciated.

Building for Future Generations

Providing gifts to this fund will allow GWH to generate a building fund to be used for such projects as a new recreation hall, new shower houses for the Family Cabins, building renovations and repairs to the Inn, Retreat Center, and Lodge, as well as other projects that will become necessary over time.
